Summary: On arrival we were notified the pool was not private and shared with several other families and was some distance from the house. The property was poorly maintained and the kitchen inadequately equipped. The grounds of the house were unkempt and wild. There was no bbq, just a hotplate with an empty gas bottle. The pool was poorly maintained and had to be temporarily closed, having gone cloudy.We were told by Chantal during the perfunctory introduction that we would be charged extra electricity costs and she photographed the meter on our arrival. Having paid 3500.00 for the house, nothing was said about this when booking. Some of the bedrooms had no hanging space and just shelves.We feel that this house was misrepresented in the details by the owner, we would never have booked a house with a shared pool. We were not made to feel at all welcome, there was no welcome pack or any information given. All in all we did not enjoy this holiday and it has been a complete disappointment.
